Next week, over 4,000 landlords will gather at the Olympia Conference Centre in London for the 68th National Landlord Investment Show to hear leading property experts covering all aspects of the buy-to-let sector.
The event gives buy-to-let landlords and property enthusiasts an opportunity to engage with over 100 exhibitors, seek free advice from expert property panels and attend 40 additional topical seminars.
The aim of the event is to provide guidance and help for buy-to-let investors to nurture and grow their property portfolios. Expert panellists will be present from the property industry but also the media and the government.
Andrew Neil to chair the fireworks of Brexit debate
Against the backdrop of uncertainty and changes, this will be a landmark event. The event will cover a range of hard hitting topics: ‘The Fireworks of Brexit Debate’ is likely to be one of the most robust of debates, chaired by political broadcaster Andrew Neil and with the Rt Hon Iain Duncan Smith MP as a guest. Other topics to be debated during the show are the north-south property divide, investment options and the phasing out of mortgage interest relief.
Sharing best practices and property market insight
Visitors will be able to attend seminars and stands covering all the biggest industry issues. John Howard, one of the property industry’s most experienced professionals in the UK, will host the morning networking event providing attendees with a chance to discuss local issues, share best practice and experiences.
