Nigel Lewis is an award-winning journalist and editor who has covered the property sector for 25 years including work on national newspapers, magazines and online news and features including spells at The Daily Mail as well as Channel 4 and, more recently, leading specialist titles covering property investment, buy-to-let and the agency sector.

Emily Hill is a PR and content specialist at Mortgage Advice Bureau, offering expert mortgage advice throughout the UK.

Zoe Dare Hall is an award-winning freelance journalist who lives in London, has worked on national newspapers for 25+ years and specialised in writing about global property for the past 20. She covers all areas of UK and international property for the Financial Times, The Times and The Telegraph, delves into the lives of the super-rich for magazines including Telegraph Luxury, Sphere and The London Magazine, and writes about buy-to-let issues for the NRLA’s Property magazine.

Jonathan’s background was in the fast-paced property markets of East London and West Essex, before evolving into arranging property finance. Over the years, Jonathan has built up substantial knowledge in the residential and buy-to-let mortgage market – ranging from mainstream to specialist. For some years now, where more investors have been intrigued by the UK property market, Jonathan has facilitated finance for many complex cases, including short-term lending via private banks, finance for expatriates and much more.
