Second Fix Complete in Most of Building
The second fix is almost complete throughout the building, with only 4 apartments waiting for kitchens to be finished. Once second fix is complete in these apartments, work will commence on the landscaping.
The private courtyards will be flagged in Indian Stone and the works to the roof garden will begin, with a high quality composite decking being laid. The railings are also going in as dividers between the gardens.
Kitchens Being Installed in Duplex Apartments
Progress to the rear building of The Sorting Office is moving along very quickly. Second fix joinery (kitchens, doors, skirting boards etc.) is well underway in this side of the building which includes the stunning duplex apartments.
Once the second fix joinery has been completed, the last coats of paint, carpet and snagging will follow. This work is completed in the majority of the front building. The remaining works will be external, finishing balconies and landscaping.
