According to the data, about one third of property sales in Milton Keynes over the past year involved a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/11\/21\/invest-in-new-build-cover-cost-daily-starbucks\/\">new-build home<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Crewe, a town <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/06\/28\/manchesters-top-three-spots-renters\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">close to Manchester<\/a>, came in second place with a percentage of 29.6% of new build property sales over the same period of time.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"M8J0Jo4QhR\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/14\/build-rent-deliver-240000-new-homes-2030\/\">Build-to-rent could deliver 240,000 new homes by 2030<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Build-to-rent could deliver 240,000 new homes by 2030&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/14\/build-rent-deliver-240000-new-homes-2030\/embed\/#?secret=DmFquQNV5Z#?secret=M8J0Jo4QhR\" data-secret=\"M8J0Jo4QhR\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>When analysing the data, Zoopla found that those areas with a high percentage of new build home sales appear to have higher house prices overall. On average, property prices have increased by 30% in those areas where more than one quarter of home sales are new builds.<\/p>\n<p>In comparison, the national average for property price growth only sits at 23% over the same period.<\/p>\n<p>For the whole country, new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/05\/26\/buying-house-heres-save-money\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">housing sales<\/a> account for one in ten property sales every year.
