Britain!&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/06\/14\/britains-top-holiday-destination-2017-britain\/embed\/#?secret=n3TXxaMzJv#?secret=Z8PcKI7Lps\" data-secret=\"Z8PcKI7Lps\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The overall trend shows an improvement in the market conditions especially in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/05\/02\/cities-englands-north-leading-britains-urban-house-price-growth\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">England\u2019s North<\/a> where marketing times have improved considerably. The region has seen a significant push in prices due to a an increase in demand coupled with very limited supply.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/04\/28\/even-greater-manchester-north-top-5-transport-improvements-know\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">North West<\/a> saw a price rise of 3.7% year-on-year and Yorkshire experienced an increase of 2.9%. Looking forward towards the autumn and winter, we expect significant price falls in London and the South East, and these will impact negatively on the national figures. In June 2016 the annualised rate of increase of home prices was 6.8%; today the same measure is just 2.8%,\u201d he then added.<\/p>\n<p>And finally, the index also showed that the amount of properties entering the UK market in May had dropped slightly compared to April, whilst <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/10\/05\/governments-buy-let-taxes-will-create-rental-supply-crisis-2025\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">supply overall<\/a> has seen a 5% increase over the last twelve months.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>According to the latest index, asking prices in England and Wales increased by 0.4% in May and in Scotland by 0.6%, with more continued growth happening in the regions rather than the capital.
