Across the counties themselves, however, prices differ significantly.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, the South East offers the one thing most property hunters may think of: beautiful coastal properties with a view to die for. But once you move further inland, you can come across some amazing bargains, including houses, flats, maisonettes, mansions, cottages or bungalows.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/01\/03\/british-expats-buying-london-south-east\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">House prices in the South<\/a> make some investors shy away these days and have a closer look at the North. And with lower costs, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/07\/28\/manchester-named-city-highest-yields-investors\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">mostly higher yields<\/a> and the Northern Powerhouse initiative pushing for change up north, a lot of the time this shift is fair enough.<\/p>\n<p>The one thing, however, that shouldn\u2019t be forgotten about is the area\u2019s proximity to London.
