{"id":5928,"date":"2017-10-26T15:00:22","date_gmt":"2017-10-26T14:00:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.buyassociation.co.uk\/?p=5928"},"modified":"2017-10-26T15:00:22","modified_gmt":"2017-10-26T14:00:22","slug":"londons-super-prime-housing-market-ripe-picking","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-us\/news\/londons-super-prime-housing-market-ripe-picking\/","title":{"rendered":"London\u2019s super-prime housing market ripe for the picking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"E83\" class=\"qowt-stl-NormalWeb\"><strong><span id=\"E84\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">Banker<\/span><span id=\"E85\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">s<\/span><span id=\"E86\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\"> to the Queen, Coutts,<\/span><span id=\"E87\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\"> have<\/span><span id=\"E88\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\"> published the results of its first London Prime Property Index revealing that the capital\u2019s luxury properties are selling at 2013 prices, 11% below their peak 2014 <\/span><span id=\"E89\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">values<\/span><span id=\"E90\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"E91\" class=\"qowt-stl-NormalWeb\"><span id=\"E92\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">Some of the most discounted property in London can be found in Mayfair and St James\u2019s which have experienced a significant cooling off in property prices with a decline of more than 25% since their peak of 2013. <\/span><span id=\"E93\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">Additionally, the findings show that<\/span> super-prime<span id=\"E95\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\"> property is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/11\/16\/is-bitcoin-future-of-uk-property-trading\/\">on the market for longer<\/a>,<\/span><span id=\"E96\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\"> at<\/span><span id=\"E97\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\"> 223 days on average, 25% higher than last year\u2019s <\/span><span id=\"E98\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">figure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E99\"><span id=\"E100\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">Beyond central and west London, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2018\/02\/07\/volumes-low-prices-down-london-property-market\/\">p<\/a><\/span><span id=\"E101\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">erformance across <\/span><span id=\"E102\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">the <\/span><span id=\"E103\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">prime north London markets is mixed. <\/span><span id=\"E104\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">Notably<\/span><span id=\"E105\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\">, Hampstead and Highgate have not seen the same price fluctuations as King\u2019s Cross &amp; Islington or St John\u2019s Wood, Regent&#8217;s Park &amp; Primrose Hill.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"E106\" class=\"qowt-stl-NormalWeb\"><span id=\"E107\" class=\"qowt-font3-Arial\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2018\/01\/18\/whats-in-store-for-the-prime-property-market-in-2018\/\">Prime properties<\/a> in the leafy suburbs of Hampstead &amp;
