These savings might seem small, but they offer investors potential annual savings of \u00a3126 and \u00a372 respectively on a \u00a3150,000 mortgage.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:360}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The l<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">onger-term<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0analysis\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">shows<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">that the market is in a healthy position<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0when compared to\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">2016<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">and<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">introduction of the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">3% stamp duty increase.
