Found in the leaked documents from earlier consultations earlier last year, outlining the 52,000-seat stadium plan for the Bramley-Moor Dock near the Liverpool Waters scheme.<\/p>\n

Carragher backs project<\/h4>\n

But the plans for the move have won approval from a many local figures including Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher, a boyhood Everton fan who subsequently played over 500 times for the five-time European champions across Stanley Park.<\/p>\n
