A new research by HouseSimple has now found out that in those places where green spaces are particularly rare, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/09\/property-investment-england-focus-yorkshire-humber\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Sheffield<\/a>, Cardiff, Glasgow, Liverpool and Middlesbrough a beautiful view can cost a buyer almost double the price.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"YguL9Pf78L\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/05\/25\/add-extra-bathroom-property-gain-12000-value\/\">Add an extra bathroom to your property and gain \u00a312,000 in value<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Add an extra bathroom to your property and gain \u00a312,000 in value&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/05\/25\/add-extra-bathroom-property-gain-12000-value\/embed\/#?secret=9zKNFTFzHE#?secret=YguL9Pf78L\" data-secret=\"YguL9Pf78L\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Owning a property with a view of Endcliffe Park, one of Sheffield\u2019s most popular green spaces, sets its buyer back a lot more than owning any other property in Sheffield, the report revealed. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/07\/24\/britains-best-worst-spots-house-price-growth\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">House prices<\/a> near the park are a significant 121% higher than the average of the city.<\/p>\n<p>Sefton Park in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/06\/01\/liverpool-named-buy-let-hotspot\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Liverpool<\/a> has a similar effect on property prices, as the average house price is 112% higher than the rest of the city. As a result, properties close to parks and other communal outdoor space have become very sought-after, which led to a rather dramatic increase in their price tag.<\/p>\n<p>Alex Gosling is the chief executive officer at House Simple and commented the findings:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThat high demand inevitably impacts on the price people will pay, but many buyers may not realise just how much of a premium they could be paying.
