According to the data, prices fell in eight cities and were unchanged in four.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"RgSg72jE5g\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/13\/positive-outlook-chinese-property-market\/\">Positive outlook for Chinese property market<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Positive outlook for Chinese property market&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/13\/positive-outlook-chinese-property-market\/embed\/#?secret=y9VUZHF4jf#?secret=RgSg72jE5g\" data-secret=\"RgSg72jE5g\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/22\/beijing-attempts-curb-property-price-growth\/\" target>Chinese authorities increased curbs in many large cities<\/a> in a bid to rein in property price growth, which was showing an increase during the previous two months as buyers tried to get in ahead of other imminent restrictions. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis round of property tightening has become stricter than the last one,\u201d said Liu Feifan, a Shenzhen-based analyst at Guotai Junan International Holdings Co. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMore and more cities strictly capped selling prices, buying restrictions were intensified to the harshest ever, and new forms of tightening emerged, such as banning residents reselling apartments within two or three years.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Growth slowed to 0.2% in Beijing after the local government increased deposit requirements for second-home buyers and clamped down on residential purchases under company names.
