Britain\u2019s Private Rented Sector saw an increase in rents of 1.8% over the twelve months to April 2017, data from the Office of National Statistics shows.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rental prices<\/a> across England increase by 2%, in Wales it was a 0.7% and in SCotland they remained the same, the figures published by the ONS show.<\/p>\n
