March 2017 saw 96,500 residential and commercial land and property sales lodged with the Land Registry in England and Wales. And their price tags ranged from very little to very, very big.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Out of the total number of sales 67,893 were freehold and 14,849 were new-built<\/a>, out of which 510 cost \u00a31 million or more and 305 were residential sales in London for \u00a31 million and over.<\/p>\n
