Rents in England and Wales only increased by 0.2% during the month of March, the latest index has revealed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The average rent<\/a> in England and Wales went up to \u00a3800 per month in March, showing an increase of 4.6% year-on-year. On a more regional level, however, the growth of rental costs was quite diverse.<\/p>\n
