A recent CBRE statement in fact highlights that rental values for commercial properties rose 1.7% on the year.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"whAGAQuBcw\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/01\/04\/2017-house-price-predictions\/\">2017 House Price Predictions<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;2017 House Price Predictions&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/01\/04\/2017-house-price-predictions\/embed\/#?secret=oJjyMuwqw1#?secret=whAGAQuBcw\" data-secret=\"whAGAQuBcw\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>A survey of forecasts by the Investment Property Forum also reinforces Clark\u2019s predictions, stating that rents will remain high enough to ensure total returns are positive, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/09\/28\/moodys-says-uk-commercial-property-robust-post-brexit\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">despite a predicted drop in commercial property value<\/a>.
