It&#8217;s an address that really works for both work and lifestyle and has always been targeted towards local buyers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: start; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.0pt 0cm;\">&#8220;We know from experience that the more affordable properties tend to sell first on launch, and these are the same properties in demand by first-time buyers.
