Estate agent Benham & Reeves recently revealed the top-10 postcodes for buy-to-let yields. Postcode L7 was top on the list\u00a0<\/span>featuring<\/span>\u00a0an average<\/span>\u00a0of<\/span>\u00a010.7%\u00a0<\/span>rental\u00a0<\/span>yields\u00a0<\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0an average\u00a0<\/span>house<\/span>\u00a0price of\u00a0<\/span>\u00a3<\/span>105,000, while L6 followed with\u00a0<\/span>10.4% and \u00a385,000.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Marc von Grundherr, director of Benham & Reeves, commented:\u202f\u201cThere are a whole host of factors that mean the rental desirability of a property can literally change from one street to the next, but one of the best starting points to work from is the rental yield available.<\/span>\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

With affordable property prices that are on the rise,\u00a0<\/span>Liverpool\u2019s property market<\/span><\/a>\u00a0is effectively moving with the times. Liverpool is even attracting overseas investors with a huge surge in\u00a0<\/span>investment from the US<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Boasting high tenant demand, the<\/span>\u00a0iconic city has\u00a0<\/span>proven<\/span>\u00a0to a be a buy-to-let hotspot<\/span>\u00a0even being named the\u00a0<\/span>buy-to-let capital of the UK<\/span><\/a>\u00a0last year<\/span>. Additionally, further regeneration is expected<\/span>\u00a0as the city\u2019s population continues to rise<\/span>, making Liverpool an even more appealing city to invest in.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The north<\/span>\u00a0of England<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>continues to\u00a0<\/span>have to some of the best postcodes for\u00a0<\/span>buy-to-let yields<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span>Manchester,\u00a0<\/span>Middlesbrough,<\/span>\u00a0Newcastle,<\/span>\u00a0Bradford, Sunderland,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Nottingham<\/span>, and Sheffield<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>all\u00a0<\/span>made it in the top-10 of Benham & Reeves\u2019s list<\/span>\u00a0with average property prices ranging from \u00a358,000 to \u00a3163,000 and average<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>yields from 8.5% to 10.2%.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
