When asked how the Government could be more helpful, 25% said it should <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/06\/29\/house-prices-increased-june-beaten-analyst-forecasts\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">address rising house prices<\/a> and another 10% think that more homes need to be build.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, a total of 91% think it\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/07\/tenants-dilemma-steep-rent-rises-no-property-ladder-sight\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">difficult to get onto the country\u2019s property ladder<\/a>, a number which has slightly decreased from 94% during the last quarter.
