The only exception to the rule are Didsbury in Greater Manchester and Reading in Berkshire.<\/p>\n<p>A total of 16 out of 20 areas on the list are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/09\/buy-london-first-time-buyers\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">located within London<\/a>. Which probably doesn\u2019t come as a massive surprise considering <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/12\/06\/london-home-almost-one-fifth-uks-generation-rent\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">52% of London\u2019s working age population is aged between 25 and 44 years<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The research was compiled by the Lloyds Bank and looked at the UK as a whole before identifying regions that particularly stood out.<\/p>\n<p>Andrew Mason, Lloyds Bank mortgage product direct, says:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAspiring young professionals are typically well qualified, in well paid jobs and tend to live in areas not far from the city centre where they work. These are also places where they can enjoy easy access to green space and a range of places to socialise.
