UK rental market strong for landlords with 7% growth\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u201cNew data shows that, after a record-breaking month of rental price growth in July, August offered more of the same for the rental market, albeit at a slightly reduced pace.<\/p>\n

The latest report from Goodlord found that average rents for August were \u00a31,438, which is very slightly lower than the \u00a31,470 recorded in July \u2013 but rents are now 7% higher than they were 12 months ago in August 2023\u201d\u2026<\/p>\n

UK home asking prices rise sharply in September<\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u201cAsking prices for UK homes rose at twice their long-term average pace in September, as post-election stability and declining mortgage rates helped to fuel a rebound in buyer demand and draw more sellers to the market.<\/p>\n

The average asking price rose to \u00a3370,759 in the four weeks to mid-September, up 1 per cent from the previous month, according to data released by the property portal Rightmove on Monday\u201d\u2026\u2060<\/p>\n
