A<\/span><\/b>n\u00a0<\/span><\/b>Innovative Finance ISA is being used for four developments across the north-west, which will create nearly 1,000 homes.<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Investment raised through Fluid\u00a0<\/span>Bond<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>an investment service<\/span>\u00a0launched in Manchester, recently made its first payouts to investors. T<\/span>he\u00a0<\/span>ISA<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>is set to\u00a0<\/span>fund<\/span>\u00a0four<\/span>\u00a0property development<\/span>s\u00a0<\/span>in the north-west<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>which<\/span>\u00a0will predominately\u00a0<\/span>provide<\/span>\u00a0apartments.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Three\u00a0<\/span><\/b>property\u00a0<\/span><\/b>development projects in Manchester<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Three of the projects are in\u00a0<\/span>Manchester<\/span><\/a>,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>where residential construction has reached record levels and\u00a0<\/span>office development<\/span><\/a>\u00a0is surging. Two of the developments are\u00a0<\/span>situated\u00a0<\/span>on the northern edge of the city centre near Ancoats Urban Village. These two projects alone\u00a0<\/span>will\u00a0<\/span>provide<\/span>\u00a0more than 500 residential apartments and ground floor commercial space with an estimated gross development value of\u00a0<\/span>\u00a367<\/span>m<\/span>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The other project in Manchester is north of the city centre<\/span>, a two-minute drive from Manchester Area, and conveniently located close<\/span>\u00a0to one of the main access routes<\/span>\u00a0into the city<\/span>. With an estimated gross development value\u00a0<\/span>of<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a383m<\/span>, this project will create 420 residential units, in addition to retail space on the\u00a0<\/span>building\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>ground floor.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Another\u00a0<\/span><\/b>development<\/span><\/b>\u00a0in the north-west<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With easy access via a motorway, the other development\u00a0<\/span>sits<\/span>\u00a0in Widnes, Cheshire and is part of\u00a0<\/span>a\u00a0<\/span>regeneration project\u00a0<\/span>that\u2019s\u00a0<\/span>developing unused land into a new community.\u00a0<\/span>Expecting<\/span>\u00a0to have a waste-to-energy plant producing electricity on<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>site<\/span>, the\u00a0<\/span>gross development value of this\u00a0<\/span>project<\/span>\u00a0is estimated to be\u00a0<\/span>\u00a345m.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
