New Zealand\u2019s Real Estate Institute figures have revealed that the median house price in Auckland has risen by just 2.5%, while the rest of the country has grown 11.4%.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The figures have come as something of a surprise since Auckland led the house boom<\/a> \u2013 in July 2015 its property prices were increasing at a rate of 27.1%.<\/p>\n
