Over the last 12 months, the average price for a home in Britain has increased by 3.35%, a new research has found, up from \u00a3212,950 to \u00a3220,094.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This result proves that any claims made during the lead up to the historic Brexit vote, including George Osborne<\/a>\u2019s forecast of prices dropping by up to 18% post-Brexit, were highly unrealistic.<\/p>\n
