Liverpool and Nottingham named as best areas for buy-to-let investment&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/05\/31\/goodbye-london-liverpool-nottingham-named-best-areas-buy-let-investment\/embed\/#?secret=O8VVGC3MRV#?secret=nMmXsKSCM1\" data-secret=\"nMmXsKSCM1\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The Private Finance report pointed out that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/29\/landlords-show-optimism-britains-buy-let-future\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">landlords have been hit with some increased tax rates<\/a> and stricter mortgage rules in recent years which makes it even more important to find an investment with a stable yield.<\/p>\n<p>Only investors that manage to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/02\/uk-regional-rental-prices-north-west-leading-way-yield-demand\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">maximise their rental yield<\/a> will see their investment grow as it helps them cope with rising costs.<\/p>\n<p>Other good places to invest across the country are Cardiff, Blackpool and Lincoln, all averaging at a rental yield of 3.9% and then Bournemouth and Southampton with a yield of 3.8% and 3.7% respectively.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"CBYnjo1XZb\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/02\/01\/buy-let-chinese-new-year-200m-investment-liverpool\/\">Buy-to-Let, Chinese New Year and \u00a3200m investment: Liverpool has it all<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Buy-to-Let, Chinese New Year and \u00a3200m investment: Liverpool has it all&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/02\/01\/buy-let-chinese-new-year-200m-investment-liverpool\/embed\/#?secret=NRsQcjBEkF#?secret=CBYnjo1XZb\" data-secret=\"CBYnjo1XZb\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The report, however, also suggests house prices and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/25\/uks-mortgage-costs-hit-record-low\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mortgage costs<\/a> may be the bigger influencer when considering an investment. The study calculated rental yields in the 50 British towns and cities with the highest proportion of private rental stock. Six out of ten of the areas with the lowest property prices are also in the top ten list for the best rental yield.<\/p>\n<p>Shaun Church, director of Private Finance, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIt\u2019s not only the residential property market that\u2019s all about location, location, location.
