As an example, the study showed that the average price of a property within easy reach of a Waitrose is typically \u00a336,480 higher than the wider town average. <\/p>\n<p>Properties close to a Marks and Spencer bring the second biggest premium, as homes close to a branch are worth an additional \u00a329,992 compared to homes further away. A Sainsbury\u2019s nearby can add an extra \u00a326,767 to your home\u2019s value and Iceland will put an additional \u00a322,767 on the price tag. <\/p>\n<p>If a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/05\/15\/new-tram-stops-boost-house-prices-cities-like-manchester-birmingham\/\" target>property is located<\/a> within easy reach of all four supermarkets price tag are on average 9% bigger.
