Like Germany, purchasing property just isn\u2019t seen as a display of economic success in these countries. With other benefits such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/01\/17\/propertys-condition-important-50-british-renters\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">little to no maintenance costs<\/a> and less monetary risk than buying, it\u2019s not all bad.<\/p>\n<p>So let\u2019s be less negative about renting, and embrace this more flexible way of living!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In the UK, buying a house has long been seen as a mark of economic progress, a proud milestone to celebrate with friends and family.
