Growth in Chinese property prices slowed last month as a result of the stricter buying restrictions that have been recently introduced.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prices of new homes, excluding state-subsidised housing, gained in 58 of the 70 cities tracked by the Chinese government in April, compared with 62 in March, the National Bureau of Statistics has revealed. According to the data, prices fell in eight cities and were unchanged in four.<\/p>\n
