With only focusing on London\u2019s high-end market, the research doesn\u2019t take into account how other parts of the country &#8211; and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/02\/20\/uk-property-markets-current-state-overview\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">the property market<\/a> &#8211; are being affected.<\/p>\n<p>The UK\u2019s other major cities, like Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester, are also seeing a rise in foreign, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/10\/29\/manchesters-attraction-east-chinese-investors\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">especially Chinese<\/a>, investment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Sterling\u2019s drop over the last six months has triggered a whole new level of investment from Indians living abroad, as well as Turkish and Middle Eastern investors for London\u2019s big budget properties with a value of \u00a35m or more.
