Last year, Iraqis, Saudis, Kuwaitis and Russians bought the highest number of properties in Turkey. With this new law, we envisage this trend continuing, with interest from Syrians also growing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Turkish government is anticipating that the introduction of this law will encourage a whopping $1billion in revenue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/12\/14\/will-housing-market-experience-slow-start-2017\/\" target>from property transactions this year alone<\/a>, with Istanbul seeing the majority of the action. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAs a further sign of confidence, Turkey features on A Place in the Sun\u2019s \u2018Best Places to Buy in 2017\u2019 list. They highlight Fethiye, Kalkan and Bodrum as particular hot spots with buyers.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/10\/11\/will-sterling-flash-crash-affect-britains-housing-market\/\" target>Another benefit for foreign buyers is the fall<\/a> of the Turkish lira, which has become even cheaper since the beginning of the year.
