clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;British expats are buying up London and the South East&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/01\/03\/british-expats-buying-london-south-east\/embed\/#?secret=6ArUmTUUp5#?secret=FhxYiVW4x5\" data-secret=\"FhxYiVW4x5\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>This rise in investment from China is part of a bigger financial outflow from Asia. <\/strong>Forecasts suggest the national currency to decline in the near future in addition to the Chinese Government possibly introducing stronger controls on capital in the future.<\/p>\n<p>One highly regarded international location for investment <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/12\/15\/mixed-news-london-property\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">was London<\/a> during the post-referendum fall in the value of the pound, which made it <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2018\/03\/26\/property-price-rises-and-stocks-create-a-million-millionaires-in-hong-kong\/\">cheaper to buy properties<\/a>. &#8220;Four or five per cent, which is now the net yield in the City on prime buildings, is a very acceptable level of return compared to what they can get elsewhere,&#8221;
