The fund makes money available to kick start new development and housing.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"1D0Blgv6FF\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/09\/04\/60000-build-rent-units-uk\/\">Over 60,000 build-to-rent units in the UK<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Over 60,000 build-to-rent units in the UK&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/09\/04\/60000-build-rent-units-uk\/embed\/#?secret=kpqhQzyA7g#?secret=1D0Blgv6FF\" data-secret=\"1D0Blgv6FF\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Overall, 2,062 new homes are being planned. Out of the lot, 995 will be in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/12\/02\/two-thirds-property-investors-think-manchester-best-place-invest\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Manchester<\/a>, 744 in Leeds and 323 in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/11\/birmingham-midlands-motor-business-hotspot-investment-haven\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Birmingham<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAlongside home ownership, we\u2019re determined to create a bigger, better private rental market to offer greater choice for tenants in a country that works for everyone,\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>said Housing Minister Gavin Barwell.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is one of the largest private rental sector deals in the UK and will not only create thousands of homes for people in Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester, it will create jobs and opportunities for many hundreds of people,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The project is a joined effort by developer Dandara Group, Government body, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), and bank HSBC. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sir Edward Lister, HCA chairman, said the agency is also working on a number of other deals with builders of all sizes and working to attract others. \u201cThis massive investment, one of the largest private rented deals this year, shows our determination to get builders building and substantially grow the market in this country,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"rbSkM4NjYK\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/30\/autumn-statements-impact-uks-property-market\/\">The Autumn Statement\u2019s impact on the UK\u2019s property market<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;The Autumn Statement\u2019s impact on the UK\u2019s property market&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/30\/autumn-statements-impact-uks-property-market\/embed\/#?secret=vxDAgF0nPK#?secret=rbSkM4NjYK\" data-secret=\"rbSkM4NjYK\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Developer Dandara has already built more than 2,500 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/29\/britains-build-rent-explosion\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">build-to-rent properties<\/a> since 2006.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are now in a position to actively work with institutions, and independently, to make a sizeable contribution to this market,\u201d said Dan Tynan, chairman of the Dandara Group.<\/p>\n<p>The members of the project believe it is a tremendous contribution to solve the current challenges <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/04\/uk-housing-market-remain-strong-brexit\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">the country\u2019s housing market<\/a> is facing. Furthermore they believe that this major investment manifests the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/14\/buy-let-turns-give-build-rent-chance\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">country\u2019s build-to-rent sector<\/a> as the emerging star on the property horizon.<\/p>\n<p>In <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/24\/brexit-property-tax-autumn-statement-everything-need-know\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">last week\u2019s Autumn Statement<\/a>, Philip hammond outlined a \u00a37.2 million investment in the UK\u2019s housing sector.
