ARLA projects rents to rise significantly After the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/30\/autumn-statements-impact-uks-property-market\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Chancellor\u2019s decision to ban letting agent fees in England and Wales<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the report also revealed that the number of rental properties managed per branch dropped from 193 in September to 180 in October. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/07\/tenants-dilemma-steep-rent-rises-no-property-ladder-sight\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Demand from prospective tenants<\/a> also experienced a fall in October from 40 tenants per branch registered in September down to only 34 tenants.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"y5stu52Y89\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/28\/invest-britains-hmo-property-sector-three-good-reasons\/\">Why invest in Britain\u2019s HMO property sector?
