Once second fix is complete in these apartments, work will commence on the landscaping.<\/p>\n<p>The private courtyards will be flagged in Indian Stone and the works to the roof garden will begin, with a high quality composite decking being laid. Second fix joinery (kitchens, doors, skirting boards etc.) is well underway in this side of the building which includes the stunning duplex apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Once the second fix joinery has been completed, the last coats of paint, carpet and snagging will follow. This work is completed in the majority of the front building.
