Other highlights were Shanghai (ranked 4th) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/22\/beijing-attempts-curb-property-price-growth\/\" target>Beijing (ranked 5th)<\/a>. At the same time, all of these three cities have also recorded a decrease in yearly growth rate when compared to Q1 2017. <\/p>\n<p>Beijing saw the biggest decrease, from 22.9% in March to 15% now. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/06\/29\/london-falls-bottom-list-global-luxury-residential-rental-growth\/\" target>The UK\u2019s capital, London<\/a>, only came in on spot 38 in the ranking. Guangzhou: 35.6% annual increase<br \/>\n2. Toronto: 20.7% annual increase<br \/>\n3. Seoul: 19.9% annual increase<br \/>\n4. Shanghai: 19.7% annual increase<br \/>\n5. Beijing: 15% annual increase<br \/>\n6. Sydney: 11.5% annual increase<br \/>\n7. Madrid: 10.7% annual increase<br \/>\n8. Berlin: 9.7% annual increase<br \/>\n9. Cape Town: 9.2% annual increase<br \/>\n10.
