Whilst city house price growth across the UK has experienced a slight drop in recent times, eleven of the country\u2019s biggest cities have a faster growth rate than 12 months ago.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The overall city house price growth<\/a> year-on-year has slowed to 5.3%, down from 8.7% in April 2016, the latest index by Hometrack has shown.<\/p>\n
