However, industrial assets were most sought after and outperformed office and retail space.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"m0NsbN00nN\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/20\/london-suffers-commercial-property-growth-slows\/\">London suffers as commercial property growth slows<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;London suffers as commercial property growth slows&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/03\/20\/london-suffers-commercial-property-growth-slows\/embed\/#?secret=8JwJjm0ztA#?secret=m0NsbN00nN\" data-secret=\"m0NsbN00nN\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>RICS revealed that 28% more respondents noticed an increase in demand for industrial property across Britain over the first three months of this year.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Rubinsohn, RICS chief economist, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThe results of the latest commercial property survey chime with much of the recent generally more positive economic news flow. The forward-looking indicators are also proving relatively resilient, although it would not be a surprise if activity slows somewhat ahead of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/04\/21\/general-election-announcement-seen-positive-agents\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">forthcoming general election<\/a>.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Rubinsohn continued by explaining that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/10\/31\/uk-commercial-property-experiences-recovery-brexit-slump\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">foreign interest and investment in UK commercial property<\/a> continued to recover as the RICS overseas demand indicator rose for all sectors in almost all parts of the country.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the industrial sector also gave a strong performance when it comes to capital value expectations. In total, 44% of respondents expect prices to increase over the next three months to come.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"j8VSvWQSlL\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/04\/12\/uk-plans-register-foreign-property-owners\/\">UK plans register of foreign property owners<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;UK plans register of foreign property owners&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/04\/12\/uk-plans-register-foreign-property-owners\/embed\/#?secret=zOqNVtsBn1#?secret=j8VSvWQSlL\" data-secret=\"j8VSvWQSlL\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/07\/tenants-dilemma-steep-rent-rises-no-property-ladder-sight\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Tenant demand<\/a> for commercial property also continued its increase for the third quarter in a row.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Given all of these factors, respondents forecast rents to experience the biggest increase in the industrial sector.
