It is also possible, if the property was purchased off plan, that you may have to wait until the build is finished to begin collecting rent payments.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2017\/02\/21\/uk-homeowners-renovation-decoration-ups-price-home\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Renovating property<\/a> isn\u2019t for the faint hearted, although many take on the challenge to reap the reward of quick capital appreciation.
