The developer who focuses on housing in the south east, Midlands and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/08\/31\/north-west-home-entrepreneurs-small-businesses\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">north west<\/a> said \u201cdemand for all tenures of housing, particularly in London and the south east, continues to be strong and resilient\u201d. Three good reasons.&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/28\/invest-britains-hmo-property-sector-three-good-reasons\/embed\/#?secret=8cemcKXi7M#?secret=VtBT9wgSBp\" data-secret=\"VtBT9wgSBp\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Analysts have noticed a fairly big difference between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/29\/britains-build-rent-explosion\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">the new-build<\/a> and second-hand market, which indicates that the country\u2019s housebuilders are still experiencing a robust demand.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe new-build market is in rude health, but second hand has been slow,\u201d said Gavin Jago, analyst at Peel Hunt. \u201cHousebuilders are willing sellers but the second-hand market is different \u2014 if you get a slowdown in activity, it can be a vicious circle.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, he explained that the Government\u2019s Help to Buy scheme, supporting people when buying new-build homes of a value of up to \u00a3600,000, was helping as well.<\/p>\n<p>Countryside aren\u2019t the only ones to report an increase. Over the last couple of months, UK groups Persimmon and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2018\/03\/22\/this-uk-housebuilder-deliver-10000-homes-2018-whats-secret\/\">Bellway<\/a> have shared reports of strong trading with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/02\/one-four-property-sales-uk-buy-let-second-home\/\" target=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">sales rates increased<\/a> compared to one year prior.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"OCkvFwEHXh\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/17\/fund-speed-housebuilding-launched\/\">Fund to speed up housebuilding launched<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Fund to speed up housebuilding launched&#8221; &#8212; BuyAssociation Group\" src=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/11\/17\/fund-speed-housebuilding-launched\/embed\/#?secret=V8r3cEWSRm#?secret=OCkvFwEHXh\" data-secret=\"OCkvFwEHXh\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Countryside\u2019s chief executive, Ian Sutcliffe, also put the company\u2019s success down to its partnerships.
