An additional measure in the package of reforms is the provision of six new Housing Zones to provide 10,000 new homes on brownfield land.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are now more than 26 Housing Zones across the country which will help deliver 44,000 homes, with an additional 31 designated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.buyassociationgroup.com\/en-gb\/2016\/10\/14\/prime-central-london-recovery-strong-says-agent\/\" target>within London<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The government have announced a brand new \u00a318 million fund to help speed up the building of new homes of large development sites, reports UK trade publication Show House.
